I explain my method for designing, laying out, and constructing a
circular frame. This example is to hold a piece of stained
glass, but the general approach will work for any type of circular
frame. Using hot animal hide glue is featured as a way to
glue splined joints without the need to clamp the joints.
Several other "tricks of the trade" are presented.
